Prenatal Consultation

(1 hour, telemedicine)

How often will I need to feed my baby? How am I supposed to know if they are even getting anything? When will my milk come in? When do I start pumping? Have your questions answered before baby gets here.

Did you have difficulties breastfeeding previously? History of breast reduction? Are you expecting twins, or will you be delivering early? Maybe you just want to chat before baby comes. Schedule a prenatal consult to discuss expectation and have a chance to address your concerns.

Initial Consultation

(1.5-2 hours, in person)

Let’s be real, breastfeeding can be tough sometimes! Check in with me after baby comes for personalized help establishing a plan to reach your feeding goals or provide reassurance.

During our first meeting, we’ll look at your experience so far. Bring all your burning questions or concerns. I’ll be taking a look at your baby’s latch and can assess milk transfer and weight gain. Together, we’ll figure out some comfy positions, perfect the latch, and fine tune your technique. We will work together to establish your goals and develop a plan for achieving them.

Follow-up Consultation

(1-1.5 hours, in person or telemedicine)

Follow-up consultations can tackle the highs, the lows, and everything in between. We will check on progress and adjust the plan as needed.

Follow up visits are also a great way to reconnect when it’s time to go back to work or to dive into the world of solid foods!
